Meet the Staff
Lori has been receiving chiropractic care and massage therapy for over ten years to keep tension headaches at bay. She saw such a benefit that she decided to stop doing graphic design full time to pursue a new career as a massage therapist. Graduating Summa Cum Laude from Ivy Tech’s Therapeutic Massage program in 2017, Lori is excited to be part of a team that treats the whole person, and not just areas of complaint. She and her husband are kept busy at home with two small children and a cat. In her spare time, Lori enjoys a good book, playing handbells in church, and spending time outdoors.
If you are an athlete or an aspiring athlete, Mel is the person that you want to have on your wellness journey. She attended Huntington University, where she was a member of the cross-country and track teams. There, she met her husband Cameron, who is also a runner. They have four daughters, who have also begun to show interest in and aptitude for long-distance running.
Mel enjoys working as the Office Manager in a chiropractic office that is also a wellness center. She has been able to meet other athletes and be part of their healing processes. “It’s great to see patients who can keep on doing the things they love—like running—after getting the proper treatment here.”
Many of our patients say that the office feels like home and the staff feels like family. Sharon is the main reason for this feeling! She is a retired teacher, and considers her part-time work at the office a joy, a blessing, and even a ministry. Sharon has three married sons, two married stepsons, and eleven grandchildren. Oh! And did we mention that she is Dr. Miller's mom? No wonder it feels like family in the office!
Besides working behind the desk, Sharon is our in-house “shopper.” She keeps the office supply-shelves stocked, coffee and teabags full, and she has learned to make natural, healthy soap in her spare time, which you can purchase at the office!
When you visit us at an event or when you have a presentation in your office, you'll be in communication with Mandy. Mandy is the Public Relations Representative at the Chiropractic Rehab and Wellness Center, and she has been part of the team since 2017. Mandy has a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications, holding past positions that incorporated management, sales training, coaching, onboarding development, special projects and executive assisting. Mandy and her husband, Matt, have two daughters that bring joy to their lives. She has a passion for people, as she volunteers for several organizations such as Parkview Hospital, The Perk Coffee House, Brookside Church, DJs for WBCL, and participates as a speaker with The Respect Team. Mandy also has a passion for nutrition and wellness. She feels blessed to be part of an office that combines holistic healthcare with Christian ministry, and she loves helping people become new patients on their journey to find physical and spiritual healing.
If you struggle with chronic pain, massage therapy should be part of your wellness journey, and Anne-Therese, one of our massage therapists, is the perfect person to treat you. In 2008, she was in a car accident that changed her life. A vibrant, athletic, busy mom suddenly became bed-ridden with severe pains. She was diagnosed in 2009 with RSD (reflex sympathetic dystrophy), now renamed CRPS (complex regional pain syndrome). Anne-Therese also suffered from weekly headaches—including migraines and cluster headaches. Her health journey since the accident has been difficult, but she can see and feel the steady improvement that has happened over the past eight years. Through perseverance, diet and lifestyle changes, massage therapy, exercise, and God’s help, Anne-Therese lives a full life in every respect and desires to help you to do the same.
